Hi, I’m Cathy Peng
I’m a Sr. UX/UI Designer passionate about creating thoughtful, user-centred digital experiences.
Born in China, I earned my Bachelor’s in Product Design in China, and earned my Master’s in Interaction Design in London and currently work in Sydney. This global journey has made me more adaptable and given me a growth mindset, always seeking the next opportunity to learn.
With 4+ years of experience, I lead 0 to 1 design processes—from research to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. Most recently, I worked as a Software Design Lead on smart home products, including AI-integrated features and multi-device control.
Outside of work, I enjoy photography, podcasts, badminton, hiking, travelling.
I also love visiting museums and art exhibitions—I’m deeply interested in the cultural and historical stories behind different regions and places.
